7 Minute Flatliner Corned Beef Reuben Cheesesteak

INGREDIENTS:

 

Coleslaw:

1 TB chopped onion 

1 cup mayo 

¼ sweet chili sauce 

Horseradish to taste 

Sriracha to taste 

1 TB Worcestershire sauce 

½ ts sweet smoked paprika 

Salt & Pepper to taste 

½ head green cabbage, thin julienne 

 

To Serve: 

1 6oz portion Devault Corned Beef 

Swiss cheese, sliced 

Hoagie roll 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Coleslaw:

Mix all ingredients except cabbage in bowl, adjust seasoning as necessary.

Add cabbage and mix well, let sit for 1 hour.

 

Reuben Steak: 

  1. Heat grill to 375F.
  2. Cook corned beef 2 minutes on each side, gently breaking meat apart with spatula.
  3. Slice open hoagie roll, line with swiss cheese. Toast if desired.
  4. Add cooked corned beef on top of cheese, then add coleslaw.

Serve immediately.
